Shipping & Pickup Policy

At this time, Woodenland subscription crates are available for in-store pickup only at our Redmond location.

We do not currently ship subscription crates.

Subscription Crate Pickup

  • Your first crate will be prepared for pickup at our store.
  • After each billing cycle renews, you may schedule an in-store or curbside swap during open hours.
  • Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice when scheduling swaps to ensure your next set is thoughtfully prepared.

Curbside exchange is available upon request during store hours.

Missed Pickup

If you are unable to pick up your crate at the scheduled time, please contact us to reschedule. We understand that plans change and will do our best to accommodate.

Retail Purchases

Retail items may be purchased in store. If we offer shipping for select retail items in the future, shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.
