Woodenland Subscription is a monthly toy rotation designed to bring a thoughtfully curated set of heirloom-quality toys into your home. Each set is designed for open-ended play and enjoyed for a season before being returned for something new - so play stays fresh, homes stay calm, and clutter stays minimal.

How It Works

• Pick your plan: Choose from our Starter ($49), Play ($65), or Grow ($85) plans.
• Enjoy the magic: We thoughtfully curate a premium set of heirloom-quality toys (worth up to $300 in retail) based on your child’s age and interests. Your first Woodenland crate is prepared with care and picked up in store - a chance to see the space, ask questions, and ensure everything feels just right for your family.
  
• Stress-free swap: After your membership renews, swap your full set anytime during open hours - in-store or via quick curbside exchange. To keep each set thoughtfully prepared, swaps and pickups are scheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Our Promise

• Clean & sanitization
  Every toy is manually cleaned between families using a fragrance-free, child-safe cleaner to remove real-life messes like dirt, oils, and sticky residue, followed by a UV sterilization cycle. We treat every toy as if it were going into our own child's hands.
• Grace for everyday play
  • Normal wear and tear is a sign of a toy well-loved, and we never charge for it.
  • Did a puzzle piece go on a solo mission? Don’t sweat it. If you find it later, just pop it in your next swap box.
  • In the rare case of significant loss or damage - such as items that are not returned, are unsafe to continue using, or are substantially damaged beyond normal play, we may assess a reasonable replacement fee. We’ll always reach out first to discuss the situation before any charges are applied.
  • Families who return their toys with care and completeness earn Care Stars over time. When a Care Stars milestone is reached, we include a small thank-you gift in a future crate - our way of appreciating thoughtful stewardship of shared play.
• Joy you can count on
  Each billing cycle, you may swap one toy on the Starter plan or up to two toys on Play and Grow, so every box truly works for your family.

  Pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime.
