Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Woodenland toy subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until canceled.

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account or by contacting Woodenland Toys. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made before the upcoming renewal date.

If a subscription renews before cancellation is processed, the current billing cycle will remain active and the subscription will continue until the end of that billing period. Because Woodenland subscriptions involve curated toy preparation and rotation scheduling, subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

Returning Toys After Cancellation, Pause, or Skip

All toys and crates provided through the Woodenland subscription remain the property of Woodenland Toys.

If a subscription is paused, skipped, or canceled, subscribers must return all Woodenland toys and crates by the effective date of the change or within 7 days thereafter.

If toys are not returned within this grace period, Woodenland Toys reserves the right to charge reasonable replacement fees or suspend future service until all items are returned.

Condition of Returned Toys

Toys should be returned in reasonable condition consistent with normal indoor play.

Because many Woodenland toys are made from natural wood, they should be kept away from damaging environments such as water, sand, outdoor exposure, fire, or excessive heat.

If toys are returned lost, severely damaged, water-damaged, burned, broken, or otherwise unable to safely circulate to another family, Woodenland Toys may charge a replacement or repair fee at its discretion.

Right to Terminate Service

Woodenland Toys reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions if toys are not returned within a reasonable timeframe or are repeatedly returned in unacceptable condition.

Agreement

By purchasing or maintaining a subscription, subscribers agree to these policies and acknowledge their responsibility to return Woodenland toys and crates according to the terms above.
